Charter supplies offers the following Returns Policy: We will gladly accept a product back for a refund within 30 days after the date of the invoice. We do not pay for return shipping. Returns are contingent upon product inspection once we receive it. Each product returned must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf. This includes the item and its packaging. Please follow our guidelines below when returning a product. Please ship the item back to us, provide a note with your name, order number, order date, what you are returning, daytime telephone number, and the reason you are returning the product. The cost of shipping your order to you, will be deducted from any refund given. For example, if your order was $24.95 plus $6.50 shipping, your refund will be the cost of the item, which is $24.95.
